The Opera Festival is hosted in the Knights Halls with two spectacular performances: ‘The Marriage of Figaro’ and ‘Don Giovanni’

The Marriage of Figaro

In Seville, Cherubino is fifteen years old. He is already a seductive figure who “all women make his heart beat”. Around Cherubino: the abandoned Countess, her jealous and fickle husband Count Almaviva, Susanna, her desperate maid, Figaro, a rebellious manservant who is about to marry Susanna but has promised marriage to Marcellina…

All the ingredients are gathered for a “Mad day”.

Don Giovanni

In Seville the seducer is now called Don Giovanni.

After breaking into Donna Anna’s house (engaged to Don Ottavio), he fatally wounded Anna’s father who came to surprise him.

With no regrets, Don Giovanni goes on another prey.

“Crazy Night” is approaching, at the end of which Don Giovanni will face his fate.
