What are the activity days and opening hours of the sites?
The tourist sites are open all weekdays including Friday and Saturday, holiday eves and holidays, except for the Ramchal Synagogue and Jewish Heritage Center, which are closed on Saturdays and holidays.
Opening hours at the sites vary during the Summer and Winter periods and depending on different events. It is recommended to check the updated opening hours on the website.
What does the entrance ticket include?
The entrance ticket is a combined ticket that includes entrance to all the tourist sites and museums: the Knights Halls (the Hospitaller Fortress), the Turkish bath, the Templar tunnel, the Ramchal synagogue and the new Jewish Heritage Center, the Okashi Museum of Modern Art, the Ethnographic Museum ‘Treasures in the Wall’. In addition, the entrance to the ‘Enchanted Garden’ and the Visitor Center is open at no extra cost when purchasing a ticket for the Hospitaller Fortress.
During events and promotions you can purchase additional packages for activities and attractions, such as the Knights Tournament.
It is recommended to follow the events and attractions on the site including the recommendations for a quick purchase.
The ticket does not include entry to sites such as the Al-Jazzar Mosque, the Museum of Underground Prisoners or sites in the area, such as the Extreme Park, Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk, Monfort Lake and more.

For what ages are the different sites suitable?
The sites are suitable for all ages. In the Knights Halls there are medieval games reproductions for the enjoyment of the children and also the parents and grandparents. Each visitor receives audio guides that help tour the halls and watch the experiential videos.
The secret underground Templar Tunnel is fascinating in its structure and connection from the area where the Templar Fortress was in the west to the Port in the east. In the museums you can enjoy exhibitions for the whole family and in other sites such as the Turkish Bath (Hammam) and the Ramchal Synagogue, you can tour and enjoy experiential exhibits.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance through the website but there is no obligation. Pre-purchase makes it easier to stand in line, especially in periods of events and activities during holidays and vacations.
Tickets can also be purchased directly at the on-site Box Office or theTicketing Machines at the Visitor Center.

Where can I park on arrival at the site?
There are a number of parking lots in the area of the Knights Halls, including the large ‘Eucalyptus’ parking lot, blue-and-white side parking lots and parking lots throughout the Old City.
For parking options you can search nearby parking on WAZE or use the Old City map.
When you come to visit, do you enter and exit sites in the same place?
The tour begins at the Visitor Center close to the Hospitaller Fortress complex, better known as the ‘Knights’ Halls’. Each site and museum has its own entrance and exit. In order to get from site to site, you can use the city map distributed in the Visitor Center and our staff at each site.

The tours of the sites are self-guided tours with guiding devices in about 10 languages in the Knights’ Halls and the Turkish Bath. Guided tours of the Ramchal Synagogue and Heritage Center are conducted by the place’s staff. Are there any guiding devices for the entire route?
